Parktop is an asphalt pavement sealer designed to prolong the serviceable life of the pavement.  Parktop protects against penetration by water, ultraviolet light, salt and mild chemical attack.  Parktop forms a smooth, hard, non-porous surface that is resistant to abrasion.

• Protects any bituminous pavement with a hard, smooth and non-porous surface.
• Prevents moisture penetration to help eliminate costly repairs or total repaving.
• One-coat application adds years to pavement life while improving overall appearance.
• Chemical resistant formulation prevents decomposition from oil, grease, gasoline, petroleum solvents, battery acids, anti-freeze and de-icing salts.
